Job description

The Office Administrator will be in charge of various responsibilities to manage office for Global Me Education, including but not limited to purchase, operation administration, teaching assistance, Website’s content building and internal accounting.

Job location

  • Floor 2, TPP Building, 141 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

  • Align and promote company culture and healthy working environment
  • In charge of the office operation administration such as meeting customers, testing students’ English, organizing classes, sending emails, purchasing stationary
  • Assist teachers in preparing teaching kits
  • In charge of simple internal accounting
  • Create content for Facebook Fanpage and Website of Global Me


  • Bachelor degrees, preferably related to advertising, PR or marketing
  • Having passion in education and youth development; high and result-driven commitment to succeed
  • Personality that matches company culture and flexibility to deal with changes
  • Ability to work in team and individually
  • Ability to manage simple internal accounting
  • Good at writing
  • Possession of work-ready skills including communications and planning
  • Having knowledge of using Google applications (Google Drive, Google Form, Google Sites) and Google Classroom
  • Fluently in English will be a plus
